Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Lumen Field Staffing is a Portland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
