Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Portland area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
