Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Medical Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
