Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Field Manufacturing Group is a Pittsburgh manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
