Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Summit Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
