Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
