Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Wren Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 267 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
