Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Medical and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
