Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Corner Housing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
