Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar Vale Markets Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
