Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood West Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
