Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Wilder Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
