Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
