Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Medical Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
