Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
