Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Amber Community Partners is a Philadelphia charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
