Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Cobalt Construction is a Philadelphia contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
