Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Cedar Legal Group is a Philadelphia practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
