Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Ember Community Partners is a Philadelphia charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
