Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
