Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Sable Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
