Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Union Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
