Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
