Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Orlando with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
