Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Bright Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
