Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
