Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Rook Financial is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
