Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove West Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
