Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 301 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
