Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Kestrel Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
