Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
