Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Northwind West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
