Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Vista Property Management Group is a Orlando property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
