Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
