Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
