Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Orlando with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
