Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
