Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
