Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Omaha, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
