Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Group places workers with employers around Omaha, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
