Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
