Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Sable Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
