Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Oklahoma City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
