Westbrook Granite Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
