Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
