Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Granite Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
