Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
