Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
