Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Maple Housing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
