Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Meridian Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
